Imagine going into a clothing store and picking out clothing off the shelves, then trying to walk out the door without paying. When you are caught, you explain how you are taking the clothing to the homeless shelter down the road. Is the store a bad guy for not allowing it, or at the very least for demanding that they be consulted before you take off with their products?
Just because their is an emergency, doesn't mean that all the laws can be thrown out the window in the name of the cause, regardless of what the Attorney General says. That is anarchy.
