No. Chem cleans range from $90 - $300 depending on ehere you are in the US and what they actually do to the horn.

A chem clean should include removing valves, felts, waterkeys, etc.; degreasing, chemical submersion and the reassembly process.

I know of a store in the Show-Me-State that charged for $100 for a tuba chem cleaning. There process consisted of pouring some vinegar down the leadpipe and rinsing with water. No disassembly and - believe it or not - no lubrication of valves or slides.

Since chem cleaning is a generic term used in our industry, I would ask the shop for a written description of the process before shelling out any $$$.
