I know the screw you mean. I have not had that specific problem, but have seen other screws or locknuts repeatedly loosen. I would suggest red Loctite, available at any hardware store. It will hold the screw tight, but still let you remove the screw when you have to. Make sure that both contact points (screw and inside thread)are free of oil before applying the loctite. Put a drop on the threads of the screw before inserting it, and tighten as normal. Use sparingly, and be careful not to get it anywhere else, I imagine it could probably gum up the rotor if it got into it.
