Absolutely! Chris, you said it alot better than I did, thanks. It's funny that you mention some of the elements that consistency, as a practice strategy, can be applied to from my earlier posts. I alluded to this with my statement about "drawing a box". The better analogy is the nautical phrase "boxing your compass". I believe by applying consistency to many more facets of playing, the "bad days" of playing begin to fade away. Good comments Chris!

By the way, I do practice at roughly the same times every day. I'm not nearly so rigid about that as other aspects of practice but it helps to always be doing concerts at 8pm and rehearsals at 10am so that part of my consistency may be a function of my job. Oh well, back to sunny South Beach and the babes! :^)
