Im a senior in high school right now So Ill tell you what I have played. As a junior I played the Beaversdorf Sonata and went to the state competition, it has a brutal piano piece!!!! This year I am playing the Hindemith Sonata, I alraeady made it to state, it is very modern sounding and has another brutal piano part. Hope this helps you out.
