Chuck Ward in a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio, does nice rotor re-building work. Make SURE that you really need it. I don't think Chuck will sell you anything that you don't need. If the m'pipe blows nice - ??? A good repair guy can drive or pull balls through it to make it round. What does a new one cost?
Rotor re-builds are fine, but the nickel plating on rebuilt rotors is known to sometimes have thin spots, since rotor casings cannot be honed to a new really "perfect/oversize" dimension, as cylindical piston casings can.
