Sorry, i for one have a way of getting way off topic at times, and i may have forgotten to actually say, I agree with you to an extent. For youth who are in your position (and for a while, mine) there should be some way for us to get our hands on decent instruments, and sometimes it seems that "hand outs" are the only way. Joe had the voucher idea which i think is excellent, but i dont know if our democratic "never do anything to let anyone know they need help" senate would ever like it.
