I don't know how you will determine the model. Klaus has given you a means of comparing picture to instrument. That might do it. To determine the year, check the following website: http://www.musictrader.com/conn.html This website is helpful in determining when an instrument was produced. I happen to own a Conn "Monster" Eb tuba made in 1924. I learned that from this site. I'm sure many of our Tubenetters are already familiar with the site.
