My question goes to anybody who has tried, or has succeeded in putting on a recital in the "real" world (not a college recital), where you had to do everything, from organizing, to publicizing, oh, and yes, playing it.
What kinds of problems did you run into? How did you deal with them? What would you do differently the next time?
