Actually, there *is* an Arban for tubas. It's edited and published by Dr. Jerry Young. It's a complete version, but it's targeted at CC tubas. But if you combine it with the Arban-Prescott (First and Second Year) excerpts for Eb and BBb then you'll have everything you need.
