Don't forget about Sam Pilafian's albums. He has a couple under the Travlin' Light moniker which are "light" jazz that's a lot of fun to listen to. There's also his latest Meltdown CD which is hardcore jazz. You could also check out Empire Brass CDs. The Sam used to be a member of that group. The one CD that I have so far has Sam appearing prominently in most of the songs.
