Any recordings of Rich Matteson, Ashley Alexander, or John Allred will more than suffice your need for straight ahead jazz. All three have recordings out for jazz euphonium. Rich & Ashley recordings will be harder to find. But John Allred is on the Applejazz label based in Florida. If you're planning on going the Army tuba/euphonium conference in D.C. you can hear John play with the Army Jazz band.
For tuba, look for stuff by Red Callander & the Tubas from Hell CD with Dave Gannett on Summit Records, Dave is truly amazing.
