My experience with the Brasswind has been positive. When ordering some items, I also needed a new silver gooseneck for my 20K. Brasswind offers them, but were out of stock and had to backorder the item. They shipped the other goods on the order, and didn't bill for the neck until it was shipped. Also, as their shipping charges are based upon the order amount, I paid one flat rate for all items and wasn't billed for the backorder shipment. Brasswind generally has a good stock of mouthpieces, and the three that I have ordered from them were in stock and at my door in less than a week. I have found that the Brasswind has the most tuba mouthpieces available for the lowest price in the Midwest. Just my 2 cents.
