I can't bring myself to publicly announce my ignorance but I would like to point out that there is no entry regarding Philip Jones in The Tuba Source Book. There are those of us on this board too young to have learned of him elsewhere. Perhaps someone would like to step forward with a short bio or suggestions for where to look to learn more.
