In order to work on middle C you have to practice lyrical pieces that have a lot of high C's and D's. The D's will be more difficult but eventually your C's will be easier. Slowly move up to high F and all of the notes in between middle C and high F will be awesome. You have to work outside of your boundries. Go to extremes!!!
