I've been reading the archival posts on gig bags, and decided to purchase a Reunion Blues bag, went to their web site and filled in the very detailed measurement page, and hit 'send'. That was 2 months ago. A couple of weeks ago I E-mailed them and (politely) asked if they'd received my post, and if so, didn't they want my business?
It seems the company doesn't check it's web site/E-mail, and being reticent to trust a company with what I consider to be poor customer relations (*) I'm tempted to go with my second choice; Altieri, who responded to my E-mail with a surface mail catalogue within the week.
Comments anyone?

* my pet hate is companies that have web sites that are not monitored. They're saying "we want to jump on the internet bandwagon, but only in a half-baked-for-appearances-sake kind of way".
