If your school wants to suck up the federal funds by forcing you to enroll in
"extra" classes to inflate their enrollment census and get extra money from the federal gov't, what do you think THAT is teaching all the "strings-attached" students you crack books with? That your school system is crooked? That the students are being strong-armed into something stupid and useless so that further tax dollars can be whizzed away at these crooked-practice "institutions"? Shakespeare used to be considered curricula, but I suppose YOU'D prefer the hard work of "flipping burgers" to da classics, eh?
