Not involved with this current gladhanding. But have been involved with past glandhanding with mixed results.
If you deny that the the heading on your resume plays no part, you are blind. Why send a resume? Some of the best players in this country have little experience. If you deny the picture sent along with that resume to make sure you're not over standards is also to help point out the golden children when you arrive, you're also blind. I've just seen it happen too many times, also seen it from both sides of the curtain.
6 out of the 7 last auditions from one studio out of the hundreds of studios and thousands of students in the country is pretty good, don't you think?
