I'll give an example...anything by Xanis Xenokis, or however you spell it. Or John Cage, which I can spell, but whose "music" is not "art" to me, altho it does meet the criterion of evoking emotions....my emotion is "bleah. who would want to listen to THAT?" Interesting, yes, but not emotion-provoking. I'd rather hear Danny Boy, which while maybe not very "interesting" still has the capacity to evoke emotion. I don't personally think that applying a structure to noise makes it music.
