Now that I have your attention, I want to get your oppinion on the state of brass playing in the United States compared to the rest of the world. Do you think that American brass players are generally better than brass players from other countries? If you believe that American brass players are usually better, explain why? I am looking for a more "tubacentric" answer to this question. If you want my oppinion on this question, I don't really have one. I have not heard many players that aren't American so I can't really add too much to this.
