I agree with you on the hard case issue; however, there is no reason why a person needs to necessarily get a brand new Mirafone case for their brand new Miraphone horn. A good used case for $200 will the do the job just as well. Then at resale time either the used case or the Miraphone case will bring about the same additional dollars.
