Can you shed some light on what it takes to set up a program such as yours at a community
college level? In the Detroit area we have some very fine community colleges with heavy
technical training programs in machining, pattern making, metal forming (ie automobile parts) etc that could carry over to your field plus in addition they have good fine arts programs. We do have have a lot of excellent repairmen but it wouldn't hurt to have new blood learn from these people and a formal training program.
Curriculem, certification, etc anything that you would wish to share.
