You mention toothpaste, valve grinding compound, Brasso. Do you know of any product that will remove tarnish from nickel silver slides? I've tried Brasso, Mister Metal, King Midas Metal Polish, and several other products, but so far I've found nothing that restores the slides to a clean condition. (I hate to even think about 000 steel wool (Shudder!).
