Hey everyone,
I've been battling this lock-up problem for about six years now, and have been trying for just as long to find a solution to it without success. Its getting to the point where I can't start long tones in a room by myself! I'm about at my rope's end with this, was wondering if anyone here has had success with this problem and could help. I can start notes whenever I have a metronome going or someone else gives me a down beat. I've tried all types of counting, relaxation, tapping my foot, etc... Nothing seems to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Feel free to email me privately.
