I am in sort of a bind with tonguing...I was taught just as everyone else has been to place the tip of the tongue on the back of the top row of teeth when tonguing...but I guess I have developed a bad habit. The way I tongue is weird to explain. The tongue goes shows on the outside of my lips, its hard to explain...maybe of you do the same thing. My question is pretty much how do I start to "re-teach" myself to tongue properly. Perhaps I am too far along to learn a new habit being that I'm going into my second year in college. Any help would be nice.
btw...I know that it doesn't really matter what happens inside the body or anything else, it only matters what comes out of the bell, but I'm not very happy with the sound that is coming out, otherwise I wouldn't be posting now would I. =) j/k
