I am considereing purchasing one of these instruments. I intend to use the instrument as a B flat tuba for sometime before switching over to C tuba, but have heard different opinons of the quality of the instrument when it is in B flat. I would appreciate any advice anyone could give me on how the B flat really sounds and whether the instrument is really worth purchasing.
