What's to say? One of the two or three greatest band pieces ever written. One of my personal favorites. This may make you laugh but one of my biggest regrets at becoming an orchestral player is that there is no orchestral arrangements of some of the really great band pieces, Hammersmith being one of them. Now if someone would just start a semi-pro wind ensemble here I'd be set.
