The 245 combination may well be in tune because pianos are stretched to be about 20 cents flat at the low end and 20 cents sharp at the high end. That is why the harp rather than the piano is the preferred instrument in the symphony orchestra.
When I play solos with piano I have the piano retuned so that it is in tune over the lower half or over the whole range.
