Thank you Tom for the advice. I am grad to hear that your are into playing "any music off the shelf" too! The group definitly will play a lot of transcriptions as well. As a matter of fact, one thing I forgot to mention was that my DMA dissertation is about transcribing music for the tuba and piano, (which should be done veeeery soon,) and I transcribed Rachmanninoff's Cello Sonata (which is about 40 minutes long, BTW.) I am really into playing whatever I can get my hands on. The plans for this group includes Brahms, Debussy and (of course) Bach.

Anyway, my point is I share the same opinion with you and already go through a lot of manuscript papers (and computer papers.) :)
