He left his F King at the Sexauer home in Mamaroneck and practiced for the premiere there. Young Peter Sexauer, having had it as family background noise, remebered that Bill Bell forgot his reading glasses and borrowed Mrs. Sexauer's to perform.

I wish I knew if they were rhinestoned cat-eye classes!

So, the recording exisits. You can't hear it.
