Yes, they do make a honker of a tuba that's a 5/4 or 6/4 size, depending on who you talk to.
It's my understanding that the M-W 2165 (if that's the right #) is, in a roundabout way, like the big Cerveny with a few easy modifications. Someone around here can clarify this for me (please??).
Just because they're cheap doesn't mean that all Cervenys are junk -- just like how there are much better Yamahas than all those beat-up school horns so many of us grew up with.
