OTOH, a defect in the horn that previously went undetected might be found by another player before you even take delivery. At that point, the dealer could either correct the defect or offer you another horn.
If the dealer does let others play the horn after you have selected it, it is assumed that he/she will triple check the horn prior to shipping it to you.
