A EEb tuba would be pitched an octave below the usual Eb tuba. That's a big instrument! There have been some monsters built, including some BBBb giants that bogle the mind! But is anybody really playing a EEb to gig with? I dunno... but I'd sure like to here it if it was happening...{;V] Anybody know?
