I have heard several good things about the VMI2103. What about the VMI3301? I saw it listed in the Brasswind online catalog as costing the same as the 2103. My last year's catalog had it listed as $1000 more. I don't know why the price went down or if one of these is a mistake. Anyway, how does it play, intonation, response, etc.....? Where I live there is no place to play different instruments and it's about 650 miles of driving to get to Brasswind, so I like to hear different opinions. Can you tell I am a band director who has a stupid "snow day" when he needs to be rehearsing his bands for festivals?
