Seems like everyone has recorded that one. Abe Torchinsky can be heard with Glenn Gould playing the piano part along with the other Hindemith brass sonates. You need to listen to it with an open mind though and realize that the interpretations were guided largely by Gould. The tuba sonate on that recording is much slower than most performers would probably take it. Abe Torchinsky commented on this a while back on the tubaeuph list.
Michael Lind also has a recording of it. The recording with him playing it that I have also has Christian Lindburg performing the trombone sonate. Not a bad pair to put on a CD!
