Dear Jim,
Make sure you know all of your major scales and the natural, melodic, and harmonic forms of minor. Also, you should have a prepared solo to play, and, as mentioned before, be prepared to sightread your butt off. The scales aren't really worth too much of your score, but they are generally your first impression with the board. Speed, intonation, consistancy, and accuracy are the hallmarks of good scale preformance. Make sure you can play them in at least 2 octaves with arpeggios. Most of all, do your best and have fun.
