European Business Community country members also have V.A.T. (not to be confused with B.A.T.) This "Value-Add Tax" is 18%, and is NOT paid if you take delivery outside of EC countries. This means that if you take delivery in Germany, the 188 quote is 7700...give or take. If you have it trucked over the border to Switzerland (a non-member country), or shipped to the States, the price is less the tax, or about 6500. Customs tax is another story I suppose, anyway I hope this helps.
