No offense to you, ye of alleged "perfect pitch", but NO ONE could tell that little of a difference. Different keys/chord patterns can affect the feeling of the piece greatly, but two extra sine waves per second on your A aren't going to do anything.

Incidentally, the only time I've ever heard of tuning to anything other than A=440 takes place in Europe. That explains why some horns are built a lil bit short everywhere. Also, sometimes US orchestras tune to other things to adjust to instruments on the "Euro" scale. For instance, marching bands with bagpipes need to tune up, because you usually can't get pipes lower than 443/444.
