There are custom valve caps available that might help you out. My teacher has some of them on the third and fourth valves of his Yamaha 822 F tuba. They are thick metal pieces that are oblong so he doesn't have to reach as far. I'm not sure if these would work as well for the 621 or if they would make enough difference for your hand size. But, it is another option.
