The Jacobs mouthpiece has always been manufacturered by Warburton, first for the Canadian Brass then under his own name. It is based off a 1930s era Conn Helleberg with modifications in the throat. It has quite a bit of fundemental but is good even in the high range. I have them in stock.
Someone else mentioned the TE Rose model that Dillon Music was selling on Ebay. I sold them at ITEC and liked it so much I bought one for myself. There is a long story about this and why it sells so cheap but this is a great buy!
