I'm always amused when I read the company advertising paragraph that is always included in the catalogs and internet FS ads for the Meinl Weston 25 and the Miraphone 186. Essentially, each manufacturer claims *their* BBb tuba is the epitome of the traditional, 4/4 BBb tuba.
Which one do y'all (those who have actually played both) think is better, and why?
Can you compare and contrast the characteristics of these two tubas?
