No, you didn't miss anything. The 163s are available as either CC or BBflat tubas.
Of the 6 or 8 new ones I have seen in the past year, the CCs are usually 5 rotors, and the BBflats are usually 4. They can be had in yellow brass, gold (or red) brass, and silver plate.
