I've learned to circle breathe within the last few months but haven't been able to hold a note indefinitely. I can't take it enough air through my nose. I always knew I had mild allergies but just realized the other day that not much air at all can get through my right nostril. I don't know if this is related to allergies or a real structural problem. Have any of you been in the same situation and tried any nasal spray possibly with Breathe Right strips?
Obviously since this isn't a very often used technique I would only use these measures if I really needed it, not on a daily basis when practicing the technique. Thanks.
