When playing treble clef written FOR Eb (transposed so the key of Eb is written in C), you think bass clef and mentally add 3 flats to the key signature. The lines and spaces are unchanged. You can also use F tuba in exactly the same way -- but you'll use the F tuba fingerings for bass clef instead of the Eb fingerings. This trick transposes back/forth between treble and bass clef for music written for Eb instruments in treble clef -- but once you've moved it to bass clef, you can play it with ANY key of tuba -- using the proper bass clef fingerings for that particular tuba (which you have to learn the old-fashioned way).

When playing treble clef written FOR BBb (transposed so the key of Bb is written in C), you pretend you've got the Eb tuba in your hands, and see the first paragraph above, except that you add only two flats mentally to the key signature. AND you have to realize that everything will seem 1/2 octave off, so it will be a little wierd for a while.
