I did some looking into this a while ago out of sheer curiosity. Head to your local library and search through the periodicals. I use the Music Index Online (http://www.hppmusicindex.com/hpplogin.jsp) to search for music articles. I found some very useful and instructional pieces, including information on a clinic that specifically treats musicians' ailments, IIRC.
You're sure to find what you need that way.
I'd point you to the journals myself, but alas, I just read them and left them in the library, and I don't remember which they were.
