Also at about the same time, the Cincinatti Conservatory Of Music will be holding its Rafael Mendez brass institute for high school and college students. The tuba faculty is: Daniel Perantoni, Dr. Tim Northcut, Sam Pilafien, and Harvey Phillips. Tuition costs under $300 with room as low as $125 for the entire week. Everyone is accepted, HOWEVER, the application with a TAPE and resume must be received by May 15th to determine which brass ensemble you participate in. I'll be there, hope to see you there too.
