This is true. He does not, however, have the best of abilities on this point. At ITEC last summer I walked into his stand and told him within $1000 what I was willing to spend (this was approx. $6000). Immidiately he started telling me how great the St. Pete was and how bad the B&S or the MW horn that I wanted was. I managed to get out of the shop in 1/2 an hour and go back and test the horn that I really wanted (and eventually bought).
Bottom line, Vince IS the used car salesman of tubas, and not a great one at that.
