I agree with all of the posters below. The best idea is "total immersion"--try to use your CC for everything for about 3 weeks. The first week or so, you'll probably end up transposing on the fly (not a bad skill) and your speed will suffer badly. The second week, you'll start to think CC fingerings and you'll probably stumble if you try to play a BBb instrument during that time. By the third week, CC should be pretty natural and compartmentalized in your mind, so all of the sudden, you'll quit stumbling when you have to switch back to BBb. It's weird that learning CC can get in the way of playing BBb (which you already know), but the mind is a very strange place.

Dig out all of your method and etude books and start playing everything you can get your hands on, starting with the first studies. You've got to retrain your brain and it's probably best to use familiar material to do this.
