Hello to all,
I am going to remain anonymous because I attend one of the "big name" music schools and I need help at the risk of being, dare I say it,....humble :-)
Anyhow, I need help with my low register and I am open to any opinion or suggestions that are reasonable....ok, any will do. I have a five-valve CC horn with which I can obtain a petal Db and C, but they are weak and very unstable. I can really lay the notes out when just using my bottom lip, but I realize that this method is futile in practice. I need help but I don't know what to do to really grow in this area of playing. Is there a proven way of "going at it" or am I just being impatient? Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
