I was into music at an early age, but I was one of The Bad Children who hated to practice. I solved that problem by becoming a vocalist. My son lives for band, has band friends, discusses the relative merits of the 8 by 5 roll step vs. the high step...it's enough to make a mother weep for joy. Of course I support his music...my goal as a single parent is to get him out of the house without doing 25 to life. He stays too busy to get in trouble. :-)
